| Abstract: | In the 《Resolution》of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central committee of C.P.C., it is put forward that the key to strengthening and improving the construction of the Party's style is to maintain flesh-and blood ties with the masses of the people. From the bitter experience of the ruin of USSR and its Party, we should learn that if we intend to carry out the 《Resolution》,to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party's style, we must insist on maintaining close links with the masses. |
