摘    要:针对传统二维激光告警系统的光斑中心提取误差大、角度测量精度差和分辨率低的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA和InGaAs焦平面阵列探测器的高精度宽波段激光告警系统,对传统的otsu(最大类间方差法)阈值分割算法进行了推导和优化,同时,基于改进后的算法,通过FPGA实现了光斑中心坐标提取以及方位角、俯仰角等参数的计算,并将结果传输至上位机实时监测;实验结果显示,相较于传统的阈值分割算法,改进后的otsu算法使光斑中心提取精度达到了0.06个像素,改进后的激光告警系统角度测量平均误差为0.03°,角度分辨率达到0.05°;实验表明,双目高精度宽波段激光告警系统达到了实际应用的要求,提高了系统测量的角度分辨率和精度,对光电探测和激光告警领域的工作具有一定的意义。

Binocular High Precision Wide Band Laser Warning System Based on FPGA
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large spot center extraction error, poor Angle measurement accuracy and low resolution of traditional two-dimensional laser warning system, a high-precision wide-band laser warning system based on FPGA and InGaAs focal plane array detector is designed, and the traditional otsu(maximum inter-class variance method) threshold segmentation algorithm is derived and optimized. Based on the improved algorithm, the center coordinates of spot are extracted and the parameters such as azimuth Angle and pitch Angle are calculated by FPGA, and the results are transmitted to the top computer for real-time monitoring. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional threshold segmentation algorithm, the improved otsu algorithm makes the spot center extraction accuracy reach 0.06 pixels, the average Angle measurement error of the improved laser alarm system is 0.03°, and the Angle resolution reaches 0.05°. The experimental results show that the binocular high precision and wide band laser warning system meets the requirements of practical application, improves the angular resolution and accuracy of the system measurement, and has certain significance for the work in the field of photoelectric detection and laser warning.
