基于S7-200 PLC的糊底机控制系统设计

摘    要:通过分析纸纱复合袋糊底机的工艺流程和参数指标,确定了以PLC为控制中心的纸纱复合袋糊底机控制系统方案。硬件结合使用伺服电机、步进电机和主电机等最终实现贴阀的精确控制,保证纸袋糊底质量;贴阀后的纸袋经步进电机准确输送给下压机构进行压实;利用变频器G110实现对主电机速度的实时控制,使得贴阀效率和精度都得以提升。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the process flow and parameters of the paper yarn composite bag bottom-pasting machine,the control sys tem with PLC as the control center for the paper yarn composite bag bottom machine was decided.The combined application of servo motor,stepper motor and main motor finally achieved the precise control of sticking valve and ensured the quality of paper bag bottom.The paper bag was accurately conveyed by the stepping motor to the pressing section for compaction.The real-time control of the main motor speed was accomplished by the frequency converter G110,and improving the efficiency and accuracy of the valve.
