摘    要:为了研究大气压空气等离子体对绝缘材料表面改性的影响,采用介质阻挡放电对聚苯乙烯进行了表面改性。通过接触角测量仪、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和X射线光电子能谱对处理前后表面润湿性、结构形貌和化学成分的观测。结果表明:处理后表面润湿性改善,表面微结构形貌粗糙化,表面发生氧化和氮化。增加表面粗糙度和引入含氧、含氮高结合能官能团是改善材料表面润湿性的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of atmospheric pressure air plasma on insulating material surface modification,using dielectric barrier discharge to modify polystyrene surface.Contact angle meter,scanning electron microscope,atomic force microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to measure the wettability,microstructure topology and chemical compositions of polystyrene surface before and after air plasma treatment.The results show that air plasma causes surface wettability improvement,surface roughness,surface oxidization and nitration.Wettability improvement is due to surface roughness and introduction of functional groups including oxygen and nitrogen.
