有机硅改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备及应用研究

摘    要:在不饱和聚酯合成后期加入含有不饱和双键和乙氧基的有机硅预聚体,通过缩合反应制备有机硅改性不饱和聚酯树脂,并用红外,核磁等方法进行了表征。研究结果表明,该树脂耐热性好,表观分解温度达320℃,高低温电气性能优良。

Abstract:A siloxane-modified was prepared through condensation reaction between organic silicon prepolymer and unsaturated polyester by adding organic silicon prepolymer into unsaturated polyester at the final stage of polymerization of unsaturated polyester. Then the condensation compound was characterized by IR and ^1H-NMR etc. The resin decomposition temperature is up to 3200C, and the behavior of electricity is superior under high and low temperatures.
