阻燃聚氯乙烯电线绝缘材料的热分解动力学研究

摘    要:采用热重分析(The rmogravimetrical Analysis)的方法研究了阻燃聚氯乙烯电线(ZR-BV)绝缘材料在空气中的热降解行为,并采用Kissinger法和Flynn-Wall法计算了绝缘材料的热降解动力学参数。TG曲线表明,阻燃处理的聚氯乙烯电线绝缘材料热降解可分为3个过程,材料的热降解速率随升温速率的增加而增加。由Kissinger法和Flynn-Wall法计算得到阻燃聚氯乙烯电线绝缘材料的降解平均活化能依次为133 kJ/mol和134 kJ/mol。

Abstract:The thermal degradation and kinetic behaviours of the insulation material taken from the fire-retardant PVC cable were investigated in the air atmosphere by using thermogravimetrical(TG) analysis method.The degrading activation energy(Ea) of the material was calculated through Kissinger and Flynn-Wall equations based on the TG and DTG curves.The results showe that there are three steps during the degrading process of the FR PVC wire insulation and degradation rate increases with the increase of the heating rate.The average activation energy of the insulation material obtained from Kissinger and Flynn-Wall equations are 133 kJ/mol and 134 kJ/mol respectively.
