高度方向烟温偏差对后屏过热器壁温影响的数值研究

摘    要:应用可以反映沿高度方向受烟温偏差影响的过热器热流分布模型,在不同烟温偏差水平下计算过热器热流密度分布,从而计算出相应的过热器管壁温分布。结果表明:沿高度方向烟温偏差水平较小时,过热器管存在水平段和出口段两个高壁温区域;烟温偏差水平增大时,出口段壁温下降,水平段壁温显著升高。

Abstract:Adopting heat flux distribution model of the superheater,which can reflect the influence of flue gas temperature deviation a- long the direction of height,the heat flux density distribution of superheater has been calculated under different level of flue gas tem- perature deviation,and then corresponding tube-wall temperature of the superheater being computed out.Results show that there are two high wall-temperature areas existing in horizontal section and outlet section of the superheater in the case of smaller flue gas temperature deviation along the direction of height;the wall-temperature in outlet section is decreased in the event of increasing the said deviation,but the wall-temperature in horizontal section being substantially increased.
