改性AS小容量超高倍率镉镍电池壳体的研制

摘    要:采用国内生产的改性(丙烯腈/苯乙烯)共聚物(AS),经染色、注射成型,研制出改性AS超高倍率镉镍电池壳体。试生产和批量生产表明,该材料具有良好的成型性,用此壳体装成电池,电池放电性能、密封性能、耐环境条件等均能符合相关标准,与原来的蓝色(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(MBS)壳体相比,具有尺寸稳定性高、表面光泽度好、透明度高、密度小、成本低等优点,增强了市场竞争力。

Abstract:The ultrahigh rate Cd Ni battery shell is developed by using modified AS through dyeing and injection molding. The modified AS has good forming performance. The discharge performance, sealing performance and environmental resistance of battery of this shell meet the requirements of the correlative standard through trial production and batch production. The modified AS shell has the merits such as good dimensional stability, brightness, transparency, low density and cheap price compared with MBS shell, which increases the competitive power.
