| 摘 要： | 从分析预付费电能表发展状况和面临的主要问题入手，给出了一种安全性、兼容性水平较高的预付费售电系统技术方案，对其构架及运行机制进行了介绍，并对售电介质的安全机制和预付费电能表及IC卡逻辑状态进行了详细说明。
