摘    要:研究了常规涤纶 (NPET)和两种常压可染改性涤纶 (EDDP、ECDP)的力学性能、热性能、结晶性能等 ,并与羊毛进行了比较。结果表明 ,EDDP、ECDP的断裂强度分别为 3 4.8c N/tex和 3 0 .6c N/tex,明显低于 NPET。EDDP的断裂伸长达 5 9.4% ,明显大于 N PET及 ECDP。EDDP和 ECDP的含水率分别为 1.0 1%和 1.2 8% ,明显高于常规涤纶 ,但仍远低于羊毛。两种改性涤纶的热稳定性劣于NPET。与 NPET和 ECDP相比 ,EDDP具有较高的结晶速率。经 160~ 180℃热定型后 ,改性涤纶的 Tg比常规涤纶 Tg低约 10℃ ,干热收缩率则高于常规涤纶。

Abstract:Two modified polyester fibers, EDDP and ECDP, were studied and compared with normal polyester fibers (NPET) on mechanical, thermal and crystallization properties. The results showed that the break strength of EDDP and ECDP was 34.8 cN/tex and 30.6 cN/tex, respectively, significantly smaller than that of NPET fiber; and EDDP fiber had the greatest elongation at break of 59.4% among the three polyester fibers. The moisture contents of EDDP and ECDP were 1.01% and 1.28%, respectively, higher than that of NPET and much lower than that of wool. The thermal stability of the two modified polyester fibers was shown inferior to the NPET fiber. The crystallization rate of EDDP was greater than that of ECDP and NPET. After heat setting at 160~180℃, the T g of modified polyester fibers was about 10℃ lower than that of NPET. The modified polyester fibers shrunk greater than NPET fiber.
