涤纶FDY生产线双头纺丝改造

摘    要:对涤纶FDY生产线进行双头纺改造,由六头纺改为十二头纺;将喷丝孔由圆形均匀分布改为中间留有缝隙的对称两部分,丝路上导丝器、网络喷嘴相应增加1倍,每个卷绕头卷绕12个丝筒。改造后调整丝路,控制侧吹风速度0.6m/s,全部使用60目海砂,第一、二热辊温度较改造前提高5℃,拉伸倍数为2.8,纺丝顺利,生产稳定。生产68dtex/24f涤纶FDY产品的一等品率为90%,吨丝生产加工成本降低了43%。

Abstract:The technological innovation in double-spinning process for polyester FDY was conducted.The original 6-end spin- ning was transformed into 12-end spinning.The arrangement of spinneret holes was transformed from the uniform circular distribu- tion into two symmetric parts separated with a gap.The number of yarn guides and interlacing jets was doubled along with the yarn path.Each winding end was capable of winding 12 bobbins.After the technological innovation,the first-rate percentage of 68 dtex/24 f PET FDY was 90% and the production cost was decreased by 43% with smooth spinning and steady production un- der the conditions of cross air speed 0.6 m/s,60 mesh sea sand,the temperatures of the first and second heat rolls 5℃higher than those before innovation,draw ratio 2.8.
