摘    要:用内孔焊结构代替传统的端面焊结构是提高换热器管子与管板焊接接头抗应力腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀稳定性的根本途径。这种焊接接头具有可靠性高、无缝隙、接头易于检查、装配容易、制造周期短等特点,在石油化工行业有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:To substitute inner hole welding construction for traditional end surface welding construction, is the fundamental method for raising the stabilities of anti-sires cracking and crevice corrosionproof for the welding joint has the characteristics of high reliablity,no crevice,convenient to examing welding joint, easily assembly, and short manufactory period. And it has the wide applied prospect in petrochemical industry.
