| 摘 要： | 本文使用数据仓库技术，以星型模型为主建立了经营分析系统的数据模型；从客户和业务量方面分析和设计了指标体系；从自然属性、用户属性等方面分析和设计了维度体系，通过客户流失分析例，说明了本模型的功能及为企业带来的效益。

| Abstract: | Using data warehouse technology, build the data models of the management analytical system based on the star-type model. We analyze and design the indicators of the system in terms of customers and turnover, study and figure out the dimension system in terms of natural attributes, customer attributes, through customer switch to explain the function of this model and benefits for the enterprise. |
