摘    要:在固体火箭发动机装药设计中,一般将药柱的内外径比定义为m数(m=R/r),为研究装要设计参数m数和长径比在轴向过载条件下对装药结构完整性的影响,采用三维粘弹性模型,通过选取9种m数以及6种长径比,共54个计算模型,对装药完整性进行了计算,结果表明轴向过载条件下药柱最大等效von Mises应力、应变值受药柱m数以及长径比共同影响.并得出当长径比大于3时,其对药柱最大等效von Mises应力、应变基本没有影响的结论,为固体火箭发动机药柱结构设计时m数和长径比的选择提供理论参考.

Influence of Diameter Ratio and Length-diameter Ratio on Structural Integrity of Solid Propellant Grains under Axial Overload
Abstract:The three-dimensional linear viscoelastic model was used for analyzing the influence of number m and length-diameter ratio on structural integrity of solid propellant grains under axial overload.Nine different numbers m and six length-diameter ratios for fifty-four models were selected to measure effect on structural integrity.The results shows that number m and length-diameter ratio have cooperative effect on the maximum value of equivalent von Mises stress and strain.If length-diameter is more than 3,it has less influence on the maximum value of equivalent von Mises stress and strain,and it can be referred to the selection of number m and length-diameter in structure design of solid propellant grain.
