旋流燃烧器低氮改造及运行调整

摘    要:为适应国内火电厂大气污染物控制的发展需要,秦皇岛发电有限责任公司首先对一期2台215 MW前后墙对冲燃烧方式锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造,通过低氮燃烧器改造,合理布置燃烬风喷嘴,采用全炉膛分级燃烧技术,使NOx排放浓度由原来的700~800 mg/Nm3降低至350 mg/Nm3左右,达到了降低NOx排放浓度的效果。但改造初期,机组在BLR方式运行时由于负荷波动较大,存在汽温易超温、NOx含量不易控制等问题,经运行优化调整,提出投入二次风门自动、改进送风量自动控制策略等改进方案,方案执行后汽温、NOx含量波动幅度减少。

Abstract:In order to meet the development needs of domestic air pollutant control in thermal power plant,In Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co. Ltd.,the transformation on the 215 MW opposed wall firing boiler was carried out through retrofitting low NOx combustion. By replacing low NOx burner,arranging OFA appropriately,and adopting staged-air furnace combustion technology,the NOx discharge density was reduced from 800 to 350 mg / m3,therefore, the effect of reducing emissions has achieved. In the early days,when unit runs in BLR operation mode the load fluctuation is bigger,that causes many problems such as the steam overtemperature and NOx content beyond control. After the optimization and adjustment,the improvement scheme was put forward,such as secondary throttle input automatically,improved air volume control strategies. After practice the fluctuation range of steam temperature and NOx content had reduced.
