| Abstract: | The numerical solidification simulation for lower stander of JGL-680 six-roller straigh-tening machine has been made with HUAZHU CAE/Inte CAST software,and based on this,the casting process has been optimized.The production result shows that the lower stander casted by improved process plan has completely met the requirements on the draws and the requirements of product quality. |
