中温型SIPE合成方法

摘    要:讨论了在间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯 -5 -磺酸钠 ( SIPE)合成反应中催化剂体系、EG/SIPM(间苯二甲酸二甲酯 -5 -磺酸钠 )摩尔比、反应终温和转化率等因素对 SIPE反应过程及产品质量的影响 ,并介绍了中温型 SIPE的合成方法。实验结果表明 ,当 EG/SIPM摩尔比为 3~ 7,选择醋酸盐复合催化剂及相对加入量为 2 0时 ,SIPE合成反应可在终温 175℃完成 ,且产品质量指标优异。高效液相色谱 ( HPL C)测定结果表明 ,实际转化率除与甲醇流出量有关外 ,还与反应温度有关

Abstract:The effects of the factors, such as catalyst system, EG/SIPM(5|sodium sulfo dimethyl isophthalate) mole ratio, reaction final temperature, conversion percentage, etc, on 5|sodium sulfo bis|(hydroxyethyl) isophthalate (SIPE) synthesis proceeding and product quality were discussed. The synthesis process of SIPE was also introduced. The experimental results showed that SIPE synthesis accomplished at 175℃ and generated high|quality products with the presence of acetate composite catalyst of relative addition of 20.when EG/SIPM mole ratio was controlled between 3 and 7. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) measurement showed that the actual conversion percentage depends on methanol fraction amount and reaction temperature as well.
