摘    要:硫化氢吸收剂是消除油水井酸化过程中产生的硫化氢的酸液添加剂,研究该剂的性能对油田安全生产和环境保护具有重要的现实意义。本试验在自主合成的两种硫化氢吸收剂的基础上,研究了其对硫化氢的吸收效率、对硫化亚铁的溶解效率与缓蚀剂的配伍性等性能。实验结果表明,两种硫化氢吸收剂在浓度为2%时,对硫化氢的吸收效率都大于90%;可以降低含缓蚀剂的酸液体系对N80钢的腐蚀速率;由于硫化氢吸收剂或硫化氢吸收剂与硫化氢的反应产物可能吸附在垢样表面,降低了酸液对垢样的溶解效率,所以现场使用时应选择合理的硫化氢吸收剂浓度。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide scavenger can eliminate hydrogen sulfide of well acidizing,so it is very practically important to research the performance of it.In this article,two kinds of hydrogen sulfide scavenger were developed,and its performance has been evaluated which included removal efficiency for ferrous sulfide,dissolve efficiency for iron sulfide,compatibility with corrosion inhibitor,and so on.The results show that removal efficiency for hydrogen sulfide exceeds 90% when concentration of the scavenger was 2%.The scavenger could decrease corrosion rate for N80 steel in acid solution including corrosion inhibitor;and it could reduce dissolve efficiency for scale because the reaction of scavenger with hydrogen sulfide maybe adsorb on the surface of scale,so during site operation,the concentration of the scavenger must be selected carefully.
