振动时效技术在航空整体结构件变形校正中的应用研究

摘    要:针对航空整体结构件反变形校正中引入的较大残余应力严重影响工件的使用安全性和可靠性这一工艺难题,通过相应实验设计,对约束状态下工件实施振动时效处理,对振动参数进行优选,同时,研究振动时效对变形零件约束状态下应力释放与变形校正的作用机理和效果.研究表明振动时效技术可显著降低校正残余应力,并对约束状态下的变形零件起到一定的校正作用.

Abstract:Aimed at the residual stress which will impact on safety and reliability in the course of reverse distortion correcting of aerospace monolithic components, some vibration stress relief experiments were given for the components under constraint conditions, and the VSR parameters optimal selection was also discussed.
