双内啮合平衡式少齿差减速器传动效率的研究

摘    要:对双内啮合平衡式少齿差减速器的传动效率进行了分析和研究,建立了其传动效率的数学模型,通过与样机电测实验结果的对比,验证了该数学模型的正确性;并从数学模型上对影响其传动效率的主要因素进行了分析;最终利用Matlab的优化工具箱,针对这些主要影响因素进行了优化设计,进而提高传动效率。

Abstract:This paper researches into the tramsmission efficiency of dual inner engaging few teeth difference balanced reducer andestablishes the mathematical model of the transmission efficiency.The correctness of the mathematical model is verified by compa-ring mechanical measurement results with electrical ones.The main impact factors of the transmission efficiency are analyzed fromthe mathematical model.By use of Matlab's optimization toolbox,according to main impact factors the optimized design is made toimprove ...
