加工含硫阿曼原油柴油加氢装置的防腐蚀对策

摘    要:济南炼油厂对柴油加氢装置的高压分离器(D-303)、加氢分馏塔(C-301)、加氢高压空冷器(EC-301/1~4)等重点腐蚀部位进行了腐蚀原因分析和监测,指出腐蚀问题主要是加工阿曼含硫原油后,系统中H_2S含量增高所致。经在高压空冷系统加注Na_2S_4缓蚀剂,在分硫塔顶加注BH-913酰胺类缓蚀剂后,系统内冷凝水中铁离子平均含量分别由原来的52.87mg/L下降到2.85mg/L(下降94.61%)和由42.77mg/L下降到2.75mg/L(下降93.57%),效果明显。

Abstract:The corrosion of the critical corrosion sections in the diesel hydrotreating unit in Jinan Refinery was analyzed and monitored, such as HP separator (D - 303), main fractionator (C - 301) and HP air cooler (EC - 301/1 - 4) etc. It is found out that the corrosion has been caused by the increased amount of H2S when Amman crude oil was processed. After addition of the Na2S4 corrosion inhibitor in HP air cooler system and BH - 913 amide corrosion inhibitor in the main fractionator, the average iron ion in the condensate of the system has been reduced from 52.87mg/L to 2.85mg/L (94.61% lower) and from 42.77mg/L to 2.75mg/L (93.57% lower) respectively. The corrosion reduction is obvious.
