| Abstract: | This paper demonstrates the estimation methods of reliabilty characteristics of electrical products and the advantages of applying field data. Statistical analysis with the nonparametric and distribution-free methods for lifetime data are discussed. Lastly, the nu-merical examples are given,and the results agree with practice. |
