| Abstract: | Its points out that the community project is a colony of many monomer projects,the project scale is big and always several times or even several dozens times of monomer project.This article unifies a certain community project to introduce the earlier period preparation of project,the quality and security civilization construct,and the management of progress,cost and risk control in construction stage,consequently to ensure engineering quality. |
