智能级进模工步排样系统中的混合知识推理研究

摘    要:介绍了基于模型推理、基于事例推理、基于规则推理技术的特点及其集成的必要性和可行性,阐述了其在智能级进模工步排样原型系统IPDSLS中的实施方案,提出了以基于模型推理为系统推理和数据传递主线,基于事例推理和基于规则推理为辅的级进模工步排样方案自动生成策略;建立了各阶段的基于模型推理方法模型及其推理转化关系,对冲压件进行层次化的事例描述,实现单个产品的多层次多事例表示,并在排样阶段基于组合原理实现排样初始方案的自动生成。

Abstract:This paper reviews the characters of casebased,modelbased and rule based reasoning approaches firstly and then pressens the method to integrate the above approaches in the intelligent strip layout system--IPDSLS,in this system,MBR is used as the main track of the thread,CBR,RBR is used to complete the strip layout designing>model used during MBR reasoning of each stage is presented and the diagrams of symbolic relationship between the related models are offered.The part is described with hierarchical cases,together with the Combining theory,the final result is obtained automatically.
