摘    要:研究模拟高放废液玻璃固化体的熔融制样条件。在日本理学3070EX射线荧光光谱仪上,采用标样回归法求取校正曲线常数和基体校正常数,建立起模拟高放废液玻璃固化体中14种主、次量元素的分析方法。精密度(RSD)为0.3%-4%。

Abstract:A method for determination of 14 major and minor elements in the high-level liquid waste so-lidified glass by XRF are developed.Fusion technique with Li_2B_4O_7 is applied to samplepreparation. The characteristic X-ray fluorescence of l4 major and minor elements is measuredunder the instrument working conditions. After calibration bv calibration curve constants and ma-trix calibration constants obtained by regression method of standard sample,the constents of 14major and minor elements in the sample are calculated by the process of regression analysis. Theprecision of this method is 0.3% 4%.
