摘    要:对有关新材料的开发和应用进行了概述。加氢反应器用新型Cr Mo钢开发主要有两个途径 :改变原有Cr Mo钢的热处理条件 ,即通过降低回火温度 ,提高抗拉强度 ;在原有Cr Mo钢中添加某些合金元素。介绍了所开发的新型Cr Mo钢和纯净钢 16Mn(R HIC)的工业应用情况。

Abstract:Development and application of new materials for hydrogenation reactor and high-pressure separator have been summarized. The main methods to develop the new Cr-Mo steel for hydrogenation reactor include: (1) Changing the heat treatment conditions of original Cr-Mo steel, i.e, increasing the pulling resistance by reducing the tempering temperature. (2) Adding some alloy elements into the original Cr-Mo steel. Commercial application of the newly developed Cr-Mo steel and pure steel 16 Mn (R-HIC) is described as well.
