Dyeing and finishing of tinsell warp-striped polyester crepe fabric

This paper introduces the dyeing and printing process of tinsell warp-striped polyester fabric. Heason tor tinsell protrusion is analyzed, it is found that different shrinkage between high twisting polyester yarn and tinsell in wet and high temperature conditions leads to the extrusion. Therefore, preshrinking including the temperature, temperature rising rate, recipe, as well as warp tension in presetting are the key items for controlling. Alkali deweighting in batchwise machine and softening with amino silane microemlusion can impart the fabric smooth tinsell, good drapery, as well as soft handle.
