摘    要:分析了履带车辆行驶的典型路面波型,并根据相似原理,提出了利用凸轮机构在转动时径向值作周期性变化,来模拟正弦路面作为振动试验台激励输入;结合积分理论和实际运用,推导了设计凸轮诸参数公式。设计凸轮时,采用了VisuMBasic编程对AutoCAD进行二次开发,精确绘制了符合工程要求的实际轮廓线。

Abstract:After analyzing the regularity of tracked vehicle on typical road surface, a cam system, which can be simulated sine-wave-road because the change of radial length is periodic when it is turning, is designed by means of the similitude theorem. Thus the analog signal is input to the vibration test bench. Subsequently, the parameter functions to determine the cam system are derived according to the integral law. Finally, this paper introduces a feasible method of designing cam system by the second development of AutoCAD with Visual Basic.
