摘    要:提出一种新型双频宽负载整流电路,它能有效回收环境中的微波电磁能量.该整流电路主要由阻抗压缩匹配网络、肖特基二极管和低通滤波器构成.其中,阻抗压缩匹配网络由一个L型阻抗调节器和一个Ⅱ型阻抗匹配器组成,该网络能够在200 ~ 4000Ω的负载区间内减小输入阻抗的变化范围,从而提高整流电路的匹配性能.ADS 2017软件仿真...

Abstract:A new type of dual-bandwidth load rectifier circuit is proposed to be effectively applied to the recovery of microwave electromagnetic energy in the environment. The rectifier circuit is mainly composed of an impedance compression matching network, a Schottky diode and a low pass filter. Among them, the impedance compression matching network consists of an L-type impedance adjuster and a Π-type impedance matcher. The network can reduce the variation range of input impedance over a wide load range, thus the matching performance is improved and the wide load performance of the rectifier circuit is realized. ADS 2017 software simulation results show that the highest RF-DC conversion efficiency of the rectifier circuit at 0.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz can reach 81.2% and 77.8%, respectively. The input power range with conversion efficiency greater than 50% is 17.8 dBm and 14.2 dBm respectively, and both can achieve higher conversion efficiency in a wide load range(200~4000 Ω). The measured results are basically consistent with the simulation results, which further verify the feasibility of the design in this article. The rectifier circuit has the characteristics of simple structure, dual frequency, wide load, wide input power, etc., and has certain practical reference value for wireless energy transmission applications in the Internet of Things, wireless sensor networks, and radio frequency tags.
