摘    要:分析表明,造成某变电站一支220 kV隔离开关支柱瓷绝缘子断裂的主要原因是制造质量不良,恶劣气象条件的作用和普通石英质瓷的特性则是此次断裂事故的诱因.超声探伤(爬波)检测对于发现支柱瓷绝缘子缺陷存在一定的局限性,对于怀疑存在机械性能缺陷的支柱瓷绝缘子,条件许可时,应通过机械破坏负荷试验以及孔隙性试验进行确认.

Abstract:The analysis show that the main cause of fracture accident of a 220 kV isolating switch post porcelain insulators in a substation is the poor manufacturing quality,the effect of the bad weather condition and the characteristic of common quartz porcelain is the inducements of the accident.Ultrasonic flaw detection test has some limitation for discovering the defects of post porcelain insulators.When possible,the post porcelain insulators which were uspected with mechanical performance defects shoud be by validated through the mechanical failing load test and fuchsine porosity test.
