径向流吸附器制氧流程的参数实验研究

摘    要:建立一套径向流变压吸附制氧实验装置,对径向流制氧流程的吸附时间、均压时间、节流孔径等参数进行研究.结果表明,均压时间对产品气浓度影响最大,最佳均压时间为2到3s;其次是吸附时间,最佳吸附时间7s;节流孔径对产品气浓度也有很大影响,最佳节流子孔径为1.2 mm.装置能从空气中获取氧气浓度为93.5%的产品气,产气量0.1...

Abstract:We established a set of radial flow PSA oxygen experimental systems,in which the radial flow of oxygen flow adsorption method and parameters of the radial flow of oxygen flow,like,adsorption time,pressure equalization time and nozzle diameter,were studied.It shows that with the most suitable time of 2~3s,the time of pressure equalization most to oxygen concentration in gas production,followed by adsorption time,the most suitable time of which is 7s.However,nozzle diameter does have effect on oxygen concentration in gas production,and 1.2 mm is the result of the most suitable size of saving sub-aperture from our research.Oxygen purity of 93.5% can be obtained from the air with the help of this device and the gas production rate is 0.16 m3/h.
