木棉非织造材料的服用性能研究

摘    要:与传统纺织技术相比,非织造技术比较适合木棉纤维的加工,可以较好地保持木棉纤维的中空度.将木棉纤维与其他纤维以一定的比例混合,采用非织造技术制备木棉非织造材料,并测试非织造材料的保暖性能、透气性能和压缩性能.试验结果证明:选择种类单一且纤维直径与木棉相近的其他纤维与木棉混纺可以提高材料的保暖性能;在一定的厚度范围内,材料...

Abstract:Kapok fiber is much feasible for being processed by nonwoven technique than by traditional textile technology,the processed kapok fiber nonwovens could maintain its better hollow ratio.Kapok fiber was mixed with other fiber on a certain ratio and be manufactured kapok nonwovens by nonwoven technology,and the heat insulating ability and permeability and compressibility of nonwovens were tested.The results showed that kapok fiber spun with one kind of fiber whose diameter be similar to it could enhance heat insulating ability of the material,at a certain range of material thickness its permeating degree would decrease by adding of its thickness,and selection of other fiber which have high compressive elasticity being spun with kapok fiber could increase compressive elasticity of the material.
