关于实现电能表铅封自动化的研究

摘    要:回顾了电能表铅封从传统钳压式、塑料锁扣式到新型自动装配防伪式的发展过程,并分析对比了上述3代铅封的技术特征.对电能表自动铅封的实现方案进行了研究,着重探讨了第三代自动铅封的技术特点、自动封印原理和安全防伪措施,最后指出铅封自动化是将来省级计量中心电能表铅封技术的发展方向.

Abstract:The development process of lead sealing for electric energy meter is reviewed.This paper analyses and contrasts the technique characteristic among three stages lead sealing.Concrete scheme is researched for automatic lead sealing of electric energy meter.At the same time,some new highlights including technique characteristic,principle of automatic sealing and safe anti-fake measure is emphatically discussed.Finally,it points out that automatic lead sealing will guide the sealing technique for electric energy meter of provincial metrology centre in future.
