超声乙醇法提取大豆异黄酮的研究

摘    要:比较了索氏法与超声法、甲醇与乙醇提取大豆异黄酮的效果。分别以体积分数80%甲醇、60%乙醇、80%乙醇和100%乙醇4种溶剂为样品提取液,采用超声法与索氏提取法进行样品中大豆异黄酮的提取,用高效液相色谱法进行检测。结果表明:利用超声波能快速、高效提取大豆异黄酮;在相同超声条件下,利用乙醇与甲醇对大豆异黄酮具有相同的提取效果。结论超声法提取大豆异黄酮优于索氏法,可用于代替索氏法;可用更安全的乙醇作为提取液来取代甲醇。

Abstract:Traditional method and ultrasonic method were compared by HPLC in soyben isoflavone extraction.Different concentration of methanol and ethanol were used as the extraction solution,the concentrations were 80% methanol,60% ethanol,80% ethanol and 100% ethanol respectively.The results showed that soybean isoflavone can be extracted quickly and effictively by ultrasonic method.The extraction performance was no difference between methanol and ethanol.The conclusion was that ultrasonic method is better and methanol can be replaced by ethanol which is a more safe solution.
