黄河河道内生态环境需水量分析

摘    要:依据黄河流域水资源综合规划初步成果,分析计算了黄河利津、河口镇断面生态环境需水量,并通过各水平年供需分析计算,研究了黄河河道内生态环境需水量供需情况。黄河河道内生态环境需水量包括汛期输沙水量和非汛期生态基流,在满足汛期输沙和非汛期生态基流情况下,其他生态环境需水可以得到满足;在黄河资源性缺水情况下河道内外都缺水是合理的;汛期输沙水量有较大缺口,应采取多种措施予以缓解。
