摘    要:试验以C25混凝土为基准,用废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒等体积取代细骨料制成橡胶混凝土,研究了橡胶颗粒粒径、掺量对橡胶混凝土拌合物含气量和坍落度的影响.结果表明:随着橡胶掺量的增加,混凝土拌合物的含气量增加,而坍落度减小;橡胶颗粒越小,拌合物合气量越大,增幅也越大;掺加60目胶粉的混凝土拌合物的坍落度最小;橡胶掺量为0%~10%时,掺加3~6mm橡胶粒的混凝土拌合物的坍落度较掺加1~3mm橡胶粒的坍落度小,掺量为15%~30%时则相反.

Abstract:Using C25 concrete as a base,an experiment of used scrap tire rubber particles isometric replacing fine aggregate concrete was carried out.The effects on different particle size and mixed quantity of rubber to air content and slump of flesh concrete were researched.The results show that the air content of flesh concrete increase and the slump reduce increasing as rubber mixed quantity.The smaller particle size of rubber is,the greater air content and the growth rate will be.The flesh concrete mixed 60 order...
