| 摘 要： | 甘肃省水利发展存在水资源保障能力低、民生水利基础薄弱、防洪抗旱减灾体系不健全、水土流失治理和生态保护任务艰巨等问题,迫切需要开展河西内陆区水资源利用及生态环境保护、黄土高原区经济社会发展与水资源保障技术研究及长江流域生态环境保护与经济社会发展水资源利用方略分析.“十二五”期间,甘肃水利科研的重点发展方向将集中体现在为保障和促进水利基础设施建设、强化水资源管理、深化水利管理体制改革、拓展水利服务功能、提高水利保障能力等提供技术支撑.
