酒钢二原料1#磨煤机本体检修方案优化

炼铁厂二原料1#磨煤机为ZGM113N中速辊盘式磨煤机,其碾磨部分是由转动的磨环和三个沿磨环滚动的固定且可自转的磨辊组成。年修周期一般为2年,年修工期在9 d左右,一般年修的主要任务量为磨环与磨辊更换。二原料磨煤机磨辊单重为10.5 t,而屋顶检修电葫芦的额定起重量为16 t,因此吊装工艺是否合理,将是整个磨煤机检修的关键。
