端羧基型超支化聚羧酸减水剂的合成工艺及性能研究

摘    要:本研究从分子结构设计的角度出发,选用马来酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐和二异丙醇胺合成了一种具有端羧基型超支化功能单体参与聚羧酸高性能减水剂的主链结构的合成,通过正交设计试验研究制备了一系列具有端羧基型超支化聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果分析表明该减水剂具有更优的分散性能,正交分析得到最优组合:MAA与超支化单体F的摩尔比为2,链转移剂用量为1.1%,引发剂用量为2.8%,反应时间为6小时,反应温度为90℃。
