摘    要:在快速发展的城市化建设过程中,城市内涝是许多城市广泛存在的问题,尤其是南方多雨水地区,雨天内涝已成顽疾。2014 年,中华人民共和国确立了“海绵城市”的概念,这一概念的提出,为城市处理城市水问题找到了新的思绪。通过梳理海绵城市的源起及国内外城市的建设与实践,简要论述了我国南方降水量充足地区,建设海绵城市的必要性及治水思路。

Abstract:In the process of rapid urbanization, urban waterlogging is a widespread problem in many cities, especially in rainy areas in the south, where waterlogging has become a chronic disease within rainy days. In 2014, the People''s Republic of China established the concept of "sponge city". The proposal of this concept found new ideas for cities to deal with urban water problems. Through combing the origin of sponge cities and the construction and practice of cities at home and abroad, the necessity of constructing sponge cities in areas with sufficient rainfall in southern of China and the thinking on water control are briefly discussed in this article.
