铅精矿中富集铜浮选工艺研究

摘    要:七宝山铅锌矿选矿工艺依次对铜、铅、锌、硫进行浮选,但由于矿石中铜矿物性质发生改变,矿物嵌布连生关系复杂,铜铅分离难度大。采取铜铅混合浮选工艺,铜金属就富集于铅精矿中进行回收。根据矿石的特性,对铜铅混合浮选药剂进行研究,结合实验和生产实践,采用清洁捕收剂HQ77取代捕收剂苯胺黑药,同时调整工艺参数,降低铅精矿铅品位,获得的铅精矿含铜量由6.39%上升至8.38%,铅精矿中铜回收率由46.05%上升至55.85%,每年铅精矿中可多富集铜金属67.3t,可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Steam is the main energy consumption of copper electrorefining production, accounting for about 40% of the total energy consumption. With the increasing quantity of steam purchased, reducing steam consumption is of great significance to reduce production cost. By studying the influencing factors of steam consumption and new energy-saving process equipment, optimizing the production organization, adopting MVR high-efficiency evaporator and carrying out waste heat utilization, the unit steam consumption of copper electrolysis was greatly reduced.
