摘    要:对电子材料工厂洁净车间温湿度控制原理进行了介绍,对于运行中能源消耗大的缺点提出了解决方案。改造方案中,充分利用工厂现有的余热,通过空调机组换热盘管改造,实现了余热充分利用,大幅度降低了蒸汽的消耗,实现公司节能减排、提高效益的目的。

Abstract:The second phase of technical transformation project of Wushan Copper Mine is about to complete its historical mission, and the amount of ore that can be mined underground is decreasing year by year. In order to save mineral resources, optimize the poverty and loss indicators, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mine resources, the sampling assignment method and grid estimation method in DIMINE software are used to predict the grade of the pre mined ore body to accurately predict the change of ore grade and arrange improvement measures in advance, so as to improve the production management level and extend the service life of the mine.
