榴辉岩型金红石矿资源综合利用开发研究

摘    要:苏北某榴辉岩型金红石矿富含石榴石和绿辉石,由于金红石与石榴石、绿辉石等矿物密度和磁性差异较小,在选别金红石时分选效果不理想,且有用矿物未被充分回收,造成资源的浪费。通过对该金红石矿进行详细的工艺矿物学分析以及大量的选矿流程试验研究。结果表明:该矿金红石粒度较细、石榴石和绿辉石粒度较粗,金红石多赋存于石榴石与绿辉石粒间,或部分包裹于石榴石、绿辉石中,欲回收各有用矿物,需要采用阶段磨矿、联合选矿的方式方法。采用重-磁-浮联合选矿工艺,并在浮选时使用新型金红石捕收剂TXB、合理调控矿浆pH,有效实现了金红石、石榴石、绿辉石的分离,不仅得到了TiO2品位大于90%金红石精矿,而且还综合回收了矿石中的石榴石、绿辉石和钛铁矿,基本实现了无尾矿排放。该研究既利于环保,又利于企业经济效益的增长,为相似金红石矿的综合利用开发提供借鉴。

Abstract:A eclogite-type rutile ore in northern Jiangsu is rich in garnet and omphacite. Due to the small difference in mineral density and magnetic properties between rutile, garnet and omphacite, the separation effect of rutile is not insufficient, and the useful minerals are not fully recovered, resulting in waste of resources. Detailed process mineralogy analysis and a large number of beneficiation process tests were conducted on the rutile ore. The results show that the rutile particle size of the mine is relatively fine, and the size of garnet and omphacite is relatively coarse. Most rutile occurs between garnet and omphacite particles, or is partially wrapped in garnet and omphacite. In order to recover various useful minerals, it is necessary to adopt the method of stage grinding and combined mineral processing. The separation of rutile, garnet and omphacite was effectively realized by adopting gravity-magnetic-flotation combined beneficiation process, using a new type of rutile collector TXB and adjusting pulp pH reasonably in flotation. Not only rutile concentrate with TiO2 grade more than 90 % was obtained, but also garnet, omphacite and ilmenite in ore were comprehensively recovered, and no tailings discharge was basically realized. This study is not only conducive to environmental protection, but also conducive to the growth of economic benefits of enterprises, providing reference for the comprehensive utilization and development of similar rutile mines.
