提高选矿二系列磨矿细度的工艺改进

摘    要:磨矿细度是指磨矿产品的粗细程度,入选颗粒的大小直接影响浮选指标的高低。通过对直线振动筛筛网的筛孔尺寸、球磨机补加钢球直径大小、球磨机钢球补加制度、旋流器给矿压力的大小这些影响磨矿细度的相关工艺进行改进,提高了选矿二系列的磨矿细度,为降低尾矿含铜提供合适的入选原矿。实践证明这些改进措施确实可行。

Abstract:Grinding fineness refers to the fineness of grinding products. The size of selected particles directly affects the flotation index. Through the improvement of the relevant processes that affect the grinding fineness, such as the mesh size of the linear vibrating screen, the diameter of the ball added by the ball mill, the system of the ball added by the ball mill, and the feeding pressure of the hydrocyclone, the grinding fineness of the second series of ore dressing is improved, so as to provide a suitable raw ore for reducing the copper content in the tailings. The practice proves that these improvement measures are feasible.
