基于PID控制的逆变器死区效应补偿新方法

摘    要:针对死区效应补偿中存在的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)逆变器非理想特性造成的死区补偿电压幅值难以准确获得的问题,提出了一种新的基于PID控制的死区效应补偿方法.该方法在负载参数已知的条件下,根据指令电压有效值等效确定指令电流有效值作为控制目标,利用PID控制器在线自适应调整死区补偿电压的幅值.仿真和实验结果表明,该方法对死区效应的补偿效果较好,能显著地改善负载电流的波形.

Abstract:Since the voltage amplitude is hard to acquire caused by the non-ideal characteristics of SPWM inverter in dead-time effect compensation, this paper proposes a new compensation method based on PID control, a method which determines, with the known load parameters, the effective value of command current as control target accord- ing to the command voltage, and adjusts the compensation voltage amplitude by online adaptation of PID controller. The results of simulation and experiment shows that the method has a great effect in compensation for dead-time effect and improvement of waveform of load current.
