摘    要:为了加强对换流站换流阀内冷却水系统的运行维护和监督管理,结合多个换流站内冷却水系统的设计、安装和生产运行情况,阐述了内冷却水系统的组成、技术要求、系统保护逻辑及定值,实际测定了乙二醇水溶液的物理性质,提出了以纯水和乙二醇水溶液作为冷媒的内冷却水水质要求、检测周期和水质控制措施,有效控制了内冷却水系统的结垢和腐蚀.

Abstract:In order to strengthen operation maintenance and inspection and management of internal cooling water system of convertor valve, this paper expounds, on the basis of the design, installation and operation of several convertor stations, the composition, technological requirement, system protection logic and fixed value of internal cooling water system, measures the physical property of glycol solution, and proposes water quality requirement, testing period and water quality control measures taking pure water and glycol solution as refrigerant, which effectively controls the scaling and corrosion in internal cooling water system.
