| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化的到来,人们应当改变对企业竞争力的认识.今天的企业核心竞争力不仅要包括企业的市场反应速度,还应该包括企业集成运营它所拥有的资源的能力.企业要集成运营的三大资源是技术、组织和人员.对企业以上的两种能力进行了讨论,用数学方式推导并解释了企业的核心竞争力.计算机集成制造因为全面地推动企业的市场反应速度和资源集成能力的发展,因而推动了企业竞争力的全面提高.

| Abstract: | People must change their view of Corporation's core competence under the condition of economic globalization. The core competence of a firm includes not only the market reactive speed, but also the ability to integrately operate the resources it owns. The resources mainly include technology,organization and personnel.This article analyzes the two competence of a firm and reasons and interprets the core competence of it. Computer integrated manufacturing can greatly push ahead a corporation's core competence, because it can improve all the factors which can affect the firm. |
