北京大学体育馆工程小滑动量限位滑动支座试验技术

摘    要:北京大学体育馆钢屋盖结构采用了自平衡体系,4个角点为小限位滑动固定支座。为确保小滑动量限位滑动支座承载力能满足设计要求,工程模拟支座的实际安装工况,设计了一套工装,对支座施加压力、同时施加压力和水平剪力、施加拔力,检验支座是否满足设计要求。

Abstract:The steel roof cover structure of Beijing University Gymnasium adopts the self regulation system, 4 vertices used as the small limit sliding support, in order to guarantee that the small limit sliding support's capacity could satisfy the design requirements, the project simulates the support's actual installment operating mode, has designed a set of work tooling, exerted the pressure to the support, and simultaneously exerted the pressure and the horizontal shear, exerted the pulling force, examined whether the support could satisfy the design requirements.
