摘    要:分析了AZ31B镁合金TIG焊接头裂纹形成机理,并提出了相应的预防措施。试验表明,焊接裂纹与填充材料的化学成分有一定关系。采用锌含量较低的AZ40M作为填充材料时,焊缝没有出现裂纹;采用AZ31B作为填充材料或直接对焊时,焊缝均有裂纹。

Abstract:The crack analysis and the prevention measure for TIG welding of AZ31B magnesium alloys were studied.The results indicate that the crack is related to the chemical composition of the filler metal.The AZ40M,which being with low content of Zn is used as the filler metal,no crack appears in the weld seam.While the AZ31B is used,or no filler metal is used,the crack appears in the weld seam.
