摘    要:讨论了中性盐用量、纯碱用量及染色温度对甲壳胺纤维用活性染料染色的影响,比较了甲壳胺纤维、棉和羊毛的可染性。研究结果表明,盐、碱剂及温度对染色的影响与所用的染料结构有关:中性盐对含4个以上磺酸基的染料起促染作用,对含3个以下磺酸基的染料起缓染作用;乙烯砜型或含乙烯砜染料适宜在低温条件下染色,随纯碱用量的增加,其上染率和固着率降低;双一氯均三嗪类染料可在中温条件下染色,增加纯碱用量可提高其上染率和固着率。甲壳胺纤维的可染性远高于棉和羊毛,较容易染得深浓色。

Abstract:Effects of neutral salt and sodium carbonate dosage and dyeing temperature on the dyeing of chitosan fibers with reactive dyes were discussed, meanwhile the dyeability of reactive dyes for chitosan fibers, cotton and wool was compared. The results show the effect of salt, sodium carbonate and dyeing temperature depends on dye structure. Neutral salts exhibit an accelerating effect for the uptake of reactive dyes with than four sulfonic groups and a retarding effect for the uptake of dyes with less than three sulfonic groups; VS and VS/MCT dyes are suitable for dyeing at low temperature, their exhaustion and fixation percents decrease with the increase in sodium carbonate dosage?while MCT/MCT dyes are suitable for dyeing at medium temperature, their exhaustion and fixation percents are improved with the increase in sodium carbonate dosage. It is concluded that chitosan fibers have the higher dyeability than cotton and wool, and are easily dyed to dark shades.
